5. What other rooms can you renovate?
We can renovate all rooms in your house inclusive of Kitchen, laundry, bathroom and decks for outside entertaining. We can do all internal and external work.
6. What happens after I have accepted your quote?
We are happy to meet again at this time to discuss any further questions you may have. We also take this time to review and sign the contract, obtain the initial deposit and secure a start date for your renovations that works for you and your family. Then you can sit back and relax knowing your renovation is in excellent hands.
7. I have to work and won’t be home during the renovation, will this be ok?
We have an excellent reputation and we personally supervise the renovation from start to finish. This means you can have peace of mind knowing your property will be shown the respect it deserves. 8. When is payment for services due?
A 50% deposit of the total value of the quote shall be paid upon acceptance of the quote unless agreed otherwise in writing.
